SelfCare Exchange

SelfCare Exchange is an interactive network of individuals and families that support each other to energize physical wellness, resolve emotional challenges, and awaken clear thinking.

Healthful experiences are shared with each other, to create more supportive relationships and caring environment at work and at home, to increase resilience to overcome the challenges. The curriculum includes training in compassion and empathy, and activities exchanging selfcare wisdom that supports taking care of ourselves and others equally with awareness of everyone's needs. 

Our SelfCare Exchange, leverages logic and innovation in the care of oneself. Its primary benefits include strengthening compassion toward ourselves, increasing consistent self-awareness, especially in regard to what we need to take up and what we need to give up, and gradually breaking down the border between self and others.

We bring participants together with experienced practitioners and healthcare educators who demonstrate the main concepts and provide step-by-step instruction. The SelfCare Exchange–exchanging self and others, living with equanimity, giving care and taking away unhappiness, and compassion meditation–come together to offer a perspective with which its participants can serve the self and others simultaneously, all through the same compassionate action.
